weigh-in stats and what I have been doing. Well here are the stats for
the last 5 weeks and then I will go into what is up.
Last weigh in : 248
13th Sat. Weigh in: 247
14th Sat. Weigh in: 244
15th Sat. Weigh in: 241
16th Sat. Weigh in: 240
17th Sat. Weigh in: 238
Total to date: down 50 lbs.
So I am down 50 lbs. on the eve of the Turkey Trot. Yeah! Pretty good.
I still have not had a drop of soda or a carbonated beverage since I
started this blog. To be honest, I do not even miss it. My favorite
drink of choice now is ice water with lemon.
Now the last 5 weeks have been pretty chaotic. I took individual
portraits of the football league which can be seen at the following

I also have been taking action shots of my son's team which went to
the OCYFL superbowl and their season long hardwork paid off with them
winning and are the 2009 Champions for the PeeWee division. So the
football season used a lot of my spare time up.
Also 2 weeks ago I lost my job and I have been adjusting to being home
and searching for a new job somewhere else.
It is a weird feeling not being tethered anymore to the blackberry and
always being on the grid.
But in the meantime I have been continuing to focus on completing my
first goal of running the Turkey Trot tomorrow. I can say with great
confidence that I will be able to complete this first goal without a
problem.
Since completing the 8 weeks of running and then moving onto the 5k
training. I have completed that program and have moved onto completing
a 10k. Currently I am running 4.5 mile on my longest day and will be
moving onto 5 miles within the next week.
So I have set a second goal of completing a 10k but who knows I may
strive to run a half marathon in the spring but I need to run the trot
first.
I also have been thinking of making www.sidelineportraits.com into
something more. I am planning to do more than just sports portraits,
so stay tuned to that.
Anyway I look forward to the Trot tomorrow and Happy Thanksgiving to
